Hot Summer Cold

It's been a while since I can recall having a cold. It's been a very long time since I've had to suffer with a Summer cold. As of today, I'm going on ten days of this nasty bug, and am finally starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Not sure if any of you out there have had this thing that's going around, but if you can avoid it, do so at all costs. ..... Enough complaining.

Recently, Danielle came over, and Anthony took her for a little ride in his Mustang. The two of them had a blast cruising around the driveway and down our street. I wish they would have had these things when we were kids!



Speaking of visitors, my brother Steve, and his cute little one, Kyra recently came over on the 4th of July, and enjoyed some watermelon before we headed out to see the fireworks.



I'm not sure about the rest of you, but I sure do miss my Sopranos on Sunday night! John from Cincinnati and the Conchords just aren't doing it for me. At least we still have Entourage! I've been catching the Soprano re-runs on A&E, thank goodness!



By the way, I've got someone else starting to enjoy taking pictures. Can you guess who?



A month or so ago, we went down to the Taste of Pinellas at Vinoy Park in downtown St. Pete. It was a lot of fun for the kids with all kinds of large inflatable slides and bouncy things. Not to mention, there was a special guest, and Anthony got to meet him. But we didn't see the Hamburglar!



We've got a busy month in July. My sister Missy is here from Texas with her kids, Devin, Drew, & Elle, and alot of family is visiting from Toronto Canada at the end of the month.

Oh, did I mention I'm headed to Vegas with Jim for my 36th Birthday in a couple of weeks for the Winky v. Hopkins fight? Expect a lot of posts, with pictures and Youtube videos!
